Test version — AI ad writing, images and website import use live providers. GoHighLevel (CRM, calendars, messages), domains and checkout aren't connected to live accounts yet; Meta ad publishing is simulated; pages published here are test pages. No real ads run, no messages reach real customers and no one is charged.

Terms of Service

Goliath Marketing LLC · Last updated October 17, 2026

  1. The service. Goliath helps businesses plan ads, build landing pages and funnels, receive leads and bookings, and send follow-ups. Some features depend on third-party services (such as Meta, Google and GoHighLevel) and their own terms.
  2. Your account. Keep access to your sign-in email secure. You're responsible for activity in your account and for the people you give access to.
  3. Your content and claims. You keep ownership of the content you provide. You confirm that you have the right to use it and that the facts you give us (prices, offers, licenses, reviews and similar claims) are true. Goliath never invents such facts, and content is reviewed before it goes live.
  4. Ads and spending. Ads run in your own ad accounts and are billed to you by the ad platform. Nothing is published, activated or charged without your approval. Results depend on many factors and are not guaranteed.
  5. Leads and messages. You're responsible for following the laws that apply to contacting your leads (for example, consent for texts and emails) and for honoring opt-out requests.
  6. Acceptable use. Don't use Goliath for unlawful, misleading or harmful content, to violate ad-platform policies, or to interfere with the service.
  7. Connected accounts. You can disconnect Google, Facebook and other connections at any time. See our Privacy Policy for how connected data is used.
  8. Changes and ending the service. We may update the service and these terms; we'll post changes here. You can stop using Goliath at any time, and we may suspend accounts that break these terms.
  9. Liability. The service is provided “as is” to the extent the law allows. Goliath Marketing LLC isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for actions of third-party platforms.
